GrimsbyNestled between beautiful Lake Ontario and the Majestic Niagara Escarpment, this quaint town boasts it’s manicured parks, sandy beaches, art gallery and it’s local museum. Distinguished for its’ artistic talent, Grimsby holds the annual Festival of Art. With quick access from the QEW, Grimsby is also part of the Niagara Wine Tour.
LincolnSurrounded by vineyards and orchards, Lincoln is an easy drive from Toronto or Buffalo. Located on the Queen Elizabeth Way in the Niagara Region, and adjacent to the south shore of Lake Ontario, Lincoln is within the major populated areas of central Canada and near the eastern United States. Our small towns and villages, filled with wineries, antique shops, historical sites and natural attractions, make Lincoln a unique place to live, work, and call home.
The Niagara Escarpment is the dominant feature, dividing the Town into two areas. Below the escarpment, the land is suitable for a wide range of uses with gentle rolling land and well-drained soils providing a number of excellent areas for tender fruit and wines. Above the escarpment, the land is predominantly used for a variety of agricultural purposes and provides picturesque beauty.
West LincolnWest Lincoln is located south of Lake Ontario and north of Lake Erie on the Niagara Escarpment. It is bordered by the City of Hamilton, the Town of Grimsby, the Town of Lincoln, the Town of Pelham, the Township of Wainfleet, the Town of Dunnville and the Town of Haldimand in the heart of the Niagara Region. West Lincoln is situated in close proximity to many major cities. There are 2 beautiful golf courses within West Lincoln as well as many other activities for families to enjoy within West Lincoln, including camping, fishing, boating, and public skating.
Port ColbourneLocated on the north shores of Lake Erie, Port Colborne has a thriving festival and entertainment scene that includes live theatre, white sand beaches, culinary favourites, the community’s world class Sugarloaf Harbour Marina, fishing, golfing, recreation and unique shopping districts along the historic Welland Canal. The four day annual Festival Canal Days is Port Colborne’s signature event, where you’re sure to enjoy cruising the Tall Ships, craft show, the Garden Swing Jazz event, the Food festival with nightly entertainment.
WainfleetWainfleet is a great summer destination for the whole family. For a relatively low cost your family can enjoy several camping and resort areas, the warm beaches of Lake Erie, and the clean country air. Wainfleet is conveniently located, from highway #3, 30 minutes from Buffalo, NY. It is also within easy driving distance to Niagara Falls, Niagara on-the-Lake, Vineland, St. Catharines, Welland, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Hamilton, and even Toronto.
PelhamComposed of five unique historic villages, this town is nestled between Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. A blossoming town which greets you with lush orchards, country roadside stands of fresh fruit and vegetables, antique shops and artisan gift shops. With it’s many nature trails, Conservation and Provincial parks, picnic facilities and campgrounds makes for a great scenic family getaway. Home to the Maple Sugar Tree, Pelham provides various locations for visitors to experience the making of Maple syrup, enjoy breakfast at the pancake house, barnyard skating, school tours, petting farm, sugar bush adventure and much more.
WellandWelcome to the City of Welland, a truly historic canal city situated in the heart of the Niagara Peninsula. Known officially as the Rose City, Welland is home to over 350 acres of fine parks and has one of the finest rose gardens in the country. It is also home to the Welland Recreational Canal -- once part of the St. Lawrence Seaway System - and Merritt Island, an outdoor paradise nestled along the waterway.
Today, visitors marvel at the area's natural beauty as they enjoy any number of festivals, sporting events, and outdoor activities.
