Visiting Lincoln and West Lincoln

Surrounded by vineyards and orchards, Lincoln is an easy drive from Toronto or Buffalo. Located on the Queen Elizabeth Way in the Niagara Region, and adjacent to the south shore of Lake Ontario, Lincoln is within the major populated areas of central Canada and near the eastern United States. Our small towns and villages, filled with wineries, antique shops, historical sites and natural attractions, make Lincoln a unique place to live, work, and call home. The Niagara Escarpment is the dominant feature, dividing the Town into two areas. Below the escarpment, the land is suitable for a wide range of uses with gentle rolling land and well-drained soils providing a number of excellent areas for tender fruit and wines. Above the escarpment, the land is predominantly used for a variety of agricultural purposes and provides picturesque beauty.

West Lincoln

West Lincoln is located south of Lake Ontario and north of Lake Erie on the Niagara Escarpment. It is bordered by the City of Hamilton, the Town of Grimsby, the Town of Lincoln, the Town of Pelham, the Township of Wainfleet, the Town of Dunnville and the Town of Haldimand in the heart of the Niagara Region. West Lincoln is situated in close proximity to many major cities. There are 2 beautiful golf courses within West Lincoln as well as many other activities for families to enjoy within West Lincoln, including camping, fishing, boating, and public skating.
